Why we can make this bet

How it's measured

Before the build starts, we establish three things:

  • Baseline: Current monthly revenue and jobs closed in your books. This is the starting point.
  • Attribution: What counts as new revenue driven by the system. We track it in your accounting records, not in some dashboard we control. Your books are the source of truth.
  • The window: We measure from go-live date through month 12. Any revenue that comes in during that window and traces back to the system counts toward the guarantee.

No guessing. No dashboard massage. Your profit and loss statement is the audit trail.

What voids the guarantee

The guarantee assumes you're actually using the system. That means:

  • You don't shut it off after two weeks because something feels unfamiliar. There's a ramp time. We work with you through it.
  • Your team uses the tools we built instead of reverting to manual processes. If they abandon the automation, the system can't deliver.
  • You're not in a declining market. If commercial HVAC is dying in your region, we can't fix the market. We can only fix your systems.

If something isn't working the way you expected, we don't bail. We fix it with you. That's the point of the guarantee.

What we don't guarantee (the honesty section)

Be clear on what this guarantee does NOT cover:

  • We don't guarantee a specific ROI multiple or any timeline beyond the 12-month window.
  • We don't guarantee that all 50k comes from a single revenue stream. It might be 20k from new job volume, 15k from upsell, 15k from ad efficiency.
  • We don't play games with fine print. If the system works, you win. If it doesn't, we keep working. That's the deal.

Why this matters: Most vendors won't guarantee outcomes. They sell you the tool and you figure out the results. That's because they don't know if it will work for your specific business.

What happens if we miss

If by month 12 the system has not generated $50k in new revenue, here is exactly what you get, in order:

  • We rebuild it free. We audit the underperforming piece, usually lead capture or follow-up, rebuild it at zero cost, and extend the guarantee six more months. Most misses get fixed here.
  • Or we refund the shortfall, up to $15,000. If the rebuild still has not closed the gap by month 18, we refund what you fell short by, up to $15,000. Earn $35k instead of $50k, we cut you a check for $15k. You do not pay twice.
  • Or take it as credit toward a Maintain or Grow retainer if you would rather keep building than take the check.

Clean void conditions, no weasel clauses: the guarantee only voids if your team abandons the system in the first 90 days, your regional market contracts more than 20%, you change ownership mid-window, or you do not share the P&L we need to verify your numbers. Everything else is on us.

Why we make this bet

How do we actually measure the $50k in new revenue?

We establish a baseline from your books before the build starts. We track every job and revenue source attributed to the system over the 12-month window using your own accounting records as the source of truth. No dashboard manipulation. Your profit and loss statement proves it.

What if I use the system for three months and don't like it?

We don't abandon you. If something isn't working, we audit it together and rebuild that part at no cost. The guarantee covers 12 months because that's how long real ROI takes to show. Giving up after three months means the system never had a chance.

Can the guarantee be voided if my team doesn't adopt the system?

Yes. If your team reverts to manual processes or shuts off the automation halfway through, the system can't deliver what it's designed to deliver. But that's different from "the system doesn't work." We work WITH you on adoption. If adoption is the issue, we diagnose it and fix it.

What if I'm in a recession and jobs are down across my whole market?

That changes the math. If the entire market is shrinking, we can't guarantee a 50k lift. That is why the build agreement defines the baseline and measurement window up front, in plain language, before any money moves. No surprises on either side.
