Forge Built AI is a custom AI back office builder for home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). We are based in Frederick, Maryland.

• Basic analytics: We use simple server-side analytics to understand which pages are visited and how often, without profiling individual users.
• Advertising measurement: We may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API to measure how well our advertising works and to reach people who visited this site with relevant ads on Meta platforms. This can involve cookies set by Meta and hashed contact details when you submit a form. You can opt out of interest-based ads through your Facebook ad preferences, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule your audit, send you relevant updates about our services, and improve our website. We never use your data to train AI models on your behalf or the behalf of third parties.
