Forge Built AI provides custom AI back office builds for home service contractors. Our services are limited to what is described on this website: lead generation, marketing automation, dispatch routing, customer service automation, upsell automation, and reporting systems. These services are built as a six-week custom engagement or as optional ongoing maintenance. You own the code and data outright when the build is complete.
The 50,000 dollar revenue guarantee
We offer a revenue guarantee backed by a signed build agreement. The terms of this guarantee, including how success is measured, what triggers the guarantee, and your remedy if the guarantee is not met, are governed by the build agreement you sign before we begin work. This website describes the guarantee but does not constitute a binding contract. The binding contract is the agreement you sign with us.
No warranties beyond the agreement
Except for the revenue guarantee in the signed build agreement, we provide our services on an "as-is" basis. We make no other guarantees, express or implied, about the performance of the system, the results you will achieve, or the compatibility of the system with your existing tools. The build agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of our obligations and your remedies.
Limitation of liability
Except for breaches of the signed build agreement or claims of gross negligence, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Frederick County, Maryland.

Changes to these terms
