The operator behind Forge

One operator. Not an agency.

A $25k build is a bet on the person building it. So here is exactly who you are hiring, what I actually do, and why Forge works the way it does.

I'm Nick, and I build Forge myself. Not an agency, not a room of juniors. One operator who builds these systems and runs them end to end.

I don't just wire the back office. I run the Meta ads, the Google Local Services, and the tracking underneath them. Lead flow and cost per lead are my actual job, not something I outsource and hope works.

I build for trade contractors because I got tired of watching good shops pour money into software and ad spend they'd never own or control. Forge works the opposite way. I build the system around how your shop actually runs, hand you the keys, and it's yours.

What I actually do

I build it, and I run the parts that make it print.

Most people who build software can't run traffic. Most people who run ads can't build. I do both, which is why the system and the leads that feed it are never two disconnected vendors pointing fingers.

Build

The back office

The six engines: lead capture, upsell intelligence, dispatch, the revenue dashboard, the customer command center, and the follow-up that closes. Built to your shop, owned by you.

Traffic

The ads and local search

I run the Meta ads and Google Local Services myself. Creative testing, kill-and-scale, and the tracking fix that stops your budget from chasing leads nobody can trace.

Measure

The tracking underneath

The pixel, the attribution, the numbers. If you can't see which spend books a job, you can't fix it. I make the money traceable, then I optimize toward more of it.

Why Forge is built to own

Renting your business back from a vendor is a bad trade.

Every month you pay ServiceTitan, Podium, or an agency, you are renting the thing your business runs on. The bill compounds, they hold your data, and nothing changes without their roadmap. Stop paying and the system stops working.

Forge is the opposite bet. You pay once, you own the code and the data, and you can run it, change it, or hire anyone to maintain it. The build is yours whether we ever work together again or not. That is the only model I would want if it were my shop, so it is the only one I sell.

The own-it-do-not-rent-it principle, applied to your whole back office
How working together goes

You never commit blind.

01

Find the money first

Start with the free 90-second score or the $1,500 Revenue Leak Audit. You get a real dollar figure on what your shop is leaking before you commit to anything. The audit credits 100% toward the build.

02

The build, in six weeks

The $25,000 Owned Back Office, built to your shop and wired to the tools you already run. Backed by the $50,000 revenue guarantee, measured against your own books.

03

You own it

At handover the system is yours, no recurring cost required. Run it yourself, or have me keep it sharp with Maintain, or drive more jobs with Grow. Optional, cancel anytime, you keep everything.

04

No lock-in, ever

Your code in your repo, full data export whenever you ask. If we stop working together, you lose nothing. That is the whole point.
